Good clean accomodation located close to St Vincents Hospital

A very nice home I booked in Sydney. The surrounding area is very convenient. There is a supermarket opposite, and a laundromat, café, and bar nearby. It's a little noisy at night, but everything else was fine. Nick was very easy to communicate with. The house was clean, fully equipped, and easy to find. It was exactly as pictured.

Overall, it was a well-equipped accommodation. The location was also good for traveling. It was nice that the grocery store was right nearby!

Such a great spot! Nik and Sam's place was located perfectly - so much in walking distance. The place itself was spotlessly clean, with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The supermarket across the road was also very convenient for grabbing supplies. Will definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay in Surry Hills. The studio is very convenient. Nik is friendly and very responsive. I recommend :)

The host is very nice, and the house is clean and fully equipped. The only thing is that the sound insulation is average, but it's acceptable. I would recommend it to friends!

Really enjoyed our second stay here. Close to family which was ideal. Easy walk to great cafes and light rail. The apartment was compact but had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Sydney. Thank you Nik and Sam.

Great stay. Location was 10/10. Space was really well designed and felt larger than a studio. Everything provided for a comfortable stay . Check in was just so Easy and I highly recommend staying here. Great communication and super fast wifi.

Highly recommend this studio flat: the space is well-designed and meticulously clean. The location is ideal, very close to central station and in a lovely neighbourhood with great cafes. Nik was extremely hospitable. All-around, this rental was a great experience.

There are many delicious bakeries and good cafes near the accommodation, and it's also great for CBD. The accommodation was very tidy, from the kitchen to the bedding and bathroom, and everything was good. If I come to Sydney next time, I want to come again.

Such a great location - Woolworths metro across the road with lots of great bakeries and coffee spots. Woodfired pizza from the beresford mext door was 👌Apartment was clean and very responsive, friendly communication from hosts. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay just what i needed, peaceful and private. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and public transport nearby. Nik made the check in process seemless, was friendly and very responsive.
